Life is shallow, superficial...
Lost, abandoned in this wide, wide world
Nothing to do and nowhere to go to,
yet,so much to do with so little time...
The clock keeps ticking but the day is a drag...
rising tempers and falling hopes
Oblivious to the surroundings,
yet, aware of the observers
A tiny drop in a sea of people...
The destination is clear
but can't see the road!
Life is shallow,superficial...
P.S.- I was feeling particularly blue when I wrote this...

almost 4got d navigation links of blogsopt!!... neway, all ur blues seem 2 hav come across pretty nicely in ur not-so superficial blog!!
This one sounds much like a 'blue' version of "Boulevard of Broken Dreams"... :P I mite be wrong, as always... :P
Hmmm... I guess you need a lil break... Cheer Up! Cheerios!
Hey! nice one...n i liked aniruddh's too...(applause for both of u!!!)
I know how to beat the blues baby,
change the blog colour to pink ;)
I'm not sure how effective a solution would changing the blog color to pink be ;) but you've managed to free verse your blues rather well. Most such poetic pieces end with some sort of firm resolution of optimism, which is surprisingly missing here. Or is it intentional, in some way emphasizing the perceived permanence of the miseries faced during CA-giri? I'd probably have to be in your shoes to experience what you've written, and apart from offering some cliche'd "It's all going to turn out great, the finest steel suffers the hottest fires" non-sense, I can't do much else. A bit of advice - seek out things to look forward to during your daily rigmarole, be it hanging out with friends during your breaks, or the serenity of the twilight commute back home. Find ways to make mundane stuff fun. If all else fails, I'm always a phone call away! :)
PS1: I'm not a big fan of having my comments censored. I'll try and keep stuff clean, but I like crossing the line sometime. ;)
PS2: I kinda expect people to reply back to my comments....makes me somewhat keener to read and comment on their future posts.
